Affiliate Program Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Yensoft Affiliate Program! Our program rewards affiliates for referring new customers. By joining, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• You must have an active account with Yensoft.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application.

3. How It Works

• Each affiliate gets a unique referral code (URC).
• You earn a 7.5% commission for every signup.
• For each referral who makes a purchase, your commission rate increases by 0.2%.
• Commissions accumulate and are paid out when you reach the minimum threshold.

4. Commission & Payout

• Base Commission: 7.5% per signup.
• Commission Increase: +0.2% for each successful referral purchase.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: ₵500 (Ghanaian Cedis).
• Payout Schedule: Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly via Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, Seerbit, or Paystack.
• If a referred user cancels their subscription, no commission will be paid.
• No refunds are issued once a purchase is made.

5. Promotional Guidelines

• You must promote our services ethically and transparently.
• No spam, deceptive marketing, or bidding on branded keywords.
• Misuse of referral links or fraudulent signups will result in termination.

6. Cookie Tracking & Attribution

• Cookies track referrals for 90 days after a user clicks your link.
• If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last referrer gets the commission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts engaging in:

• Fraudulent activities
• Violation of promotional rules
• Attempts to manipulate commissions

8. Modification of Terms

We may update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
